The T-Global TG-V Series represents a line of advanced phase change thermal interface materials (TIMs) engineered to enhance heat dissipation in electronic devices. These materials are designed to transition from a solid to a semi-liquid state at specific temperatures, ensuring optimal surface conformity and minimal thermal resistance.
Upon reaching their phase change temperature, TG-V materials exhibit excellent flow properties, effectively filling microscopic irregularities on component surfaces.
