Universal Science™ UniGap® 1000 is a Thermal Interface Pad with a thermal conductivity of 1W/Mk ideal for cost sensitive applications requiring moderate thermal performance.
UniGap® is robust , highly flexible and easy to handle, The product also has exceptional temperature stability and vibration dampening properties as well as it being electrically insulating making it an excellent choice for a wide range of rugged applications needing a Gap filler which is thermally conductive as well as insulating electrically, such as in automotive, LED, motor drive, PSUs applications, Automotive Electronics, Notebooks/Tablets/Portable Devices, plus many more.
This material can be supplied in thicknesses of 0.5mm – 5mm.
