Cooling Plates – Kapton Coating on both sides with 3m467 mp adhesive. Drawing supplied to Jordan King.
Labour included in the cost. This cost includes, Kapton 300mt+ cut to cooling plate size with external flanges left to cover each edge and corners. Lamination of Kapton 300MT+ to both top and bottom, deburring and finishing. Once both sides are laminated, flanges are to be flattened down external edges and corners with an overlap layer / strip around the entire plate to provide full electrical isolation.
MD will leave the external connector shown on the technical drawing blank with no Kapton coverage.
