CNC routing typically produces consistent and high-quality work used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, aluminum, steel, plastics, glass, and foams, and improves factory productivity.
Unlike a jig router, the CNC router can produce a one-off as effectively as repeated identical production. Automation and precision are the key benefits of CNC router tables.
A CNC router is very similar in concept to a CNC milling machine. Tool paths are controlled via computer numerical control. The CNC router is one of many kinds of tools that have CNC variants.
No Expense Tooling
Other plastics are often CNC routed/machined and they do not need expense tooling. The program made from a .dxf file is all we need to get started. A .pdf dimensioned drawing to check vital dimensions is used to verify the accuracy of the machining.

CNC Routing Process
CNC Routing is a process of a spinning drill-like tool able to “machine/route” material away to form simple to very complex shapes and with 3 dimensions.
We are proficient in making Lithium Ion cell carriers for instance in the Electric vehicle markets. We supply ultra-lightweight structure foam with vibration damping and fire retardancy properties called UniFoam.
We will determine the best way of manufacturing the parts you need and so you do not need to be involved with the process unless we are fulfilling an Automotive, military, aerospace or medical PPAP or control plan for processing the parts.
