Loctite TCF

Henkel Loctite TCF is a series of thermal phase change materials designed to be used between a heat sink and a variety of heat generating components. Henkel Loctite is a thermal grease replacement compound made to flow at the designated phase change temperature. At this temperature, the material conforms to the surface features of both heat sink and component. Air is expelled from the interface once it begins to flow which reduces thermal impedance and acts as a highly efficient thermal transfer material.
